In the current scenario whether an individual is an MBA, Engineer, Graduate or Undergraduate, everybody needs to communicate in either English or Hindi or in their respective regional language domestic as well as global. 11. What if the timing for a training session doesn’t suit me?
Batch timings and preferences are mentioned in the Subscription form. Batches will be designed based on subscriber preferences and accordingly training calendar will be distributed.

12. What is pre-training assessment?
We will sit with you to understand your need for training. We will discuss with you what career you want to develop in and assist you to get there. We will discuss and analyze your training requirements and suggest which area of Soft Skills training would be beneficial most to you.

13. What is reverse counseling?
For one full year from when you enroll with us, you get guidance and mentoring from the trainers on any aspect of your professional life related to Soft Skills. You can contact us through phone, email and personal contact even after your training. This guidance continues eve after your training is over at ISSTD.

14. What will be the training methodology?
Instructor led, classroom training, highly interactive as well as field research on your choice of vertical.

15. How will ISSTD training help my career?
Subscribers will be subjected to Initial Training Assessment to do a Gap Analysis based on which their training requirement and hours will be decided.

Subscribers will be offered to attend classroom and practical Soft Skills trainings from 40-80 hours once in a year.
Subscribers will be sent a quarterly newsletter with updates on such skills for regular and continuous development
Subscribers will be entitled to reverse counseling throughout the year for their professional help
Subscribers will be subjected to Post Training Assessment prior to the Certification and their grading will be according to their score in the assessment.

16. What is placement assistance?
We will help you for prepare for personal interviews (if applicable) and group discussions. We will also assist in repairing and improving CV's, provide the industry's perspective, how to smoothly walk through the selection process to the deserving candidates. We will provide quality interviews with reputed organizations too, however the final selection will only depend on the assessment grading and the candidate's ability to absorb the learning and apply the training tools.

17. Will the certification be participative or graded?
Graded, after training and research work, assessment tests will be conducted and Certification will be based on test scores.
