The training on different modules will be conducted at mobile hired venues.

Batches will be designed based on the subscribers’ preferences and training calendar will be distributed.

ISSTD confirms to me the following:

•• That I will be subjected to Initial training assessment to do the Gap Analysis based on which my training hours will be decided.
•• That I will be offered to attend class room & practical Soft Skills training from 40-80 hours once in a year.
•• That I will be updated with quarterly newsletters with updates on Soft Skills and developments in my industry related to such skills to form my continuous development.
•• That I will be entitled to reverse counseling through the year when ever I have doubts and if I am facing any kind of professional problem which can be resolved by Soft Skills on the attributes I have been trained on
•• That I will be provided placement assistance However, the company does not guarantee the same. My selection will depend upon my own post training assessment and how much I have developed myself.
••That I will be subjected to post training assessment prior to the certificate and my score in the assessment
•• My membership will be valid for one year from the date of joining ISSTD
