ASHOK MALHOTRA
CEO and Lead Training Consultant


Ashok Malhotra is a training consultant, represents Spark Leadership Incorporated.

His area of expertise and interest are in multifaceted Training solutions with a focus on providing personal growth and specialized training programs to individuals and groups. His purpose is to help empower people and enhance their productivity. Prior to working with Spark Leadership, Ashok worked as Project Management Professional for about fourteen years. His last assignment as an employee was with a Risk Management firm as Head of Operations. During the entire span of his career especially since last decade, his commitment has been towards learning leadership principles himself through corporate training, from Institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and Eicher Consultancy, and research through self-help books. He apart from learning, implemented successfully what he learnt and taught those principles to his fellows people.

Ashok ventured into HR solutions three years back considering India poised towards global customer contact and visualising an increasing demand from corporate, IT, ITES for Soft Skills, communication and Accent Neutralization interventions, with a single point motive of providing organizations need oriented, customized, high quality service. Though his soft skills practice is 14 years old, in the last three years, as a full time training consultant he has trained over 4000 people and has executed training assignments equivalent to 7500 man hours

Education
Ashok has done his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University of Pune followed by Business School graduation through distance learning and has recently added International Diploma in Teaching and Training from City and Guilds, UK to his qualification.

He also holds certificate of training from IIM-Ahmedabad, IMI-Delhi, APCTT-Delhi, and Eicher Consultancy.
